Ok - I read the whole thing and didn't understand any of it. They act like $10 would kill them or something. And if you do have to deposit to cash out (which most of us deposit anyway) on the off chance that you do win - they don't want to pay the win with the chip? Or they will pay what you win minus the $10 free chip? wonder how long they will last?
