They all share the same customer support, am I right? Or maybe not..LOL

If that's the case, maybe the rep that wrote the e-mail was confused. Who knows..

Yes.. when a casino gets an email it is
assigned to someone at the casino.. I think.. smile

Each one of us has our own rep in each casino, you get an email when you first join and it states I will be your representative, remember reading this part of the emails right after joining? LOL

That is not exactly true... The person who welcomes
you is not necessarily your personal rep.
VIP players may be assigned reps though. smile

I always suggest contacting our forum reps, if we have them.

i just send a mail to megan for that , and also for loyalties program , we have receved any promotion and loyalties and we are friday , well i havent receved , others i dont know smile

Sorry for my delay in responding.

The VIP program is the exact same for Mayan Fortune as it is for Pantasia. There was some confusion because the VIP emails went out sort of prematurely for Mayan and it wasnt quite set up properly. Everything has been fixed and should be running smoothly now.

As a quick reference, the levels go like this:

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Super Platinum and Elite.

I think I am elite at pantasia, I remember getting elite vip bonuses from them... Of course I love mayan but I am a bigger depositor at Pantasia, they have always been my favorite, but I will now be depositing at other places more to spread my love for Rivals around...smile

I am Elite, at Both Mayan and Pantasia!

I'll have to say......
When they give VIP Bonuses - they are a very decent, and sometimes surprisingly Large amount!
AND, usually their VIP Bonuses are No max-cashout!

The Paradise Group has been stepping up for me, too!!
Large and no Max-Cashout!

Yeah I just deposited there tonite but again no win, I have not been doing to well at Rivals lately... I think tomorrow I will try Simon or Pantasia if I am able to, but just lately on a losing streak, but MAYBE tomorrow will be the start of a winning streak... I am only A Silver at Mayan and Lord at Simons and I think 3 of a Kind at Davincis, like I said at least the regonized I am a VIP anywhere you know...

Yes it does, Emails were sent before the program
was running.. support did not know about it
