Well, she was not the only one that I emailed. I just received the reason she didn't get back to me, because that email address she provided isn't functional. But, I have emailed support@ and bet@ about 3 or 4 times EACH., and I have yet to receive any response let alone the bonus and it is now 1pm, so....with the holiday in mind I continue to be patient, but it would be nice just to get a generic email to say....HOLD ON TO YOUR PANTS WE ARE BUSY. but as usual...you know the rest! (they didn't credit the weekend bonus yesterday either...that was what the intitial email to support was about)

IT IS NOW 5:30 AND STILL NO BONUS, I REALLY HATE CALLING!!! THATS WHERE IT DRAW THE LINE. sometimes email service providers block or delay emails..
it could be on your end or their end, but I can find
no other reason for you not to have been credited already
