I know this will sound silly to some but our family Xmas tradition is a football game after Xmas dinner. Started when all the kids were little and they needed an outlet to blow off steam after the gifts etc. They still play to this day with their kids now.

Everyone gets together Christmas Eve and exchanges gifts and eats like pigs,

Every xmas eve we have a huge family party and all the kids would have to wait till 12midnight for the passing out of gifts ..... there would be so many gifts.... gift wrap everywhere. I love it!login: jlopez

We always get together and have a Christmas Eve party so that on Christmas morning no one is in a hurry to leave the house to go to grandma's for Christmas lunch.

We would hide a pickle shaped orniment in a christmas tree and have the kids look and see they can find it, the one who finds it gets a present.
