i installed and deleated it 3 times,sent for a new password 3 times and no answers.Been at this all afternoon,giving up myself,somethings really wrong here.Good luck to anyone that gets in.

i am not sure what is happening, but i just downloaded it and it came up do i want to play for free or real money. and then i created a new account and was able to redeem the 20

I hvae been in contact with them also. First, I was told I wasn't in their new system, so I needed to create an account. Then got an email saying I could use an old acct if I had one. I also requested a new password but never got it. And, I also cannot get to where I can create a new account. It just keeps going to the log in page.
It says new management, and one of the emails were from "This is Vegas" so I'm guessing they are part of that group now.

I had no problems. It said to create a new account (so your old ones won't work..."new casino".)
From what I gather, the Min. cashout is $200 and the max $400. If I'm reading that wrong, let me know!

I do not know about Superior.. we had a ton of problems
with them when they opened 6-8 months ago.
They have a new owner but
I do not think they have moved to the 400Group because
they have a seperate affiliate program, but I emailed to find out.
I would be very careful depositing at Superior
until we find out if they are improved now.
They owed me money for 3 months but did finally
pay last month

No This Is Vegas did not buy them. They relaunched yesterday. The group will now be using the support from the other Rival groups for somethings. Since moving things over, it looks as though emails went out using different settings. However, we believe this issue has been resolved.

If you save the program when you download
after it downloads open the program folder by right clicking on the icon and click on explore
more file should appear look for the file that is titled superior-new click on it
the casino should open click play for real and a new player registration will open for you to register a new account
the $20 will be in cashier where you normally claim promotions

I haven't a clue because I haven't tried to download yet. If it is like the old superior, I will have a devil of a time trying to download so don't know if it is worth the effort.
