Hello everyone!! Please be patient with RIVAL support
for the next few days.. they are getting hit by Hurricane
Felix in Curacao.. and only a few people could get in to the office
due to the storm
Hi Tawnia,
We are aware of the technical problem with the 5% and we will try and
get this fixed as soon as possible. We also have an issue with support
as Hurricane Felix is rolling over Curacao so can you let your
players know they may have to wait longer than normal for support issues
to be solved.

I am just waiting to hear back from justine again. She got back to me yesterday and said they needed a few more things. I sent them and am just waiting now. And now I now I know why they are taking a bit longer. Thank you

The 5% is always credited around the first
week of the month.. does not matter when you joined
the VIP Club. Remember, the 5% is on losses..
you don't get when you are winner for the month

The 5% is only on $100 or more in losses per month..
less than $100 in losses are carried to the next month.
Losses are only your deposits.. bonus or wagering is irrelevant.
