Hi everyone - sorry !! i did not mean to start a bitch fest here .... in fact - i should say that this actually my second withdrawal from pantasia !!! the first one i received in January AND this is my third withdrawal from a rival casino in the last month !!

the last two i withdrew using ecocard and it took UNDER TWO business days !!!!

i never doubted whether i'd get paid - and, thanks to all your posts, i'll continue using eco until their ACH process ramps up - hopefully soon !!

I know, I know...You CAN cashout fairly often at Pantasia but they have me just so darn frustrated! This is the third time this year (since January) I have had trouble with a withdrawal. 2 weeks for a click2pay, once before (ACH) almost 4 weeks and now this one which has been over a month. I don't know...I love Pantasia but I'm not sure if it's worth the headache. I was considering using ecocard but I heard you have to deposit first before you can cash out to your card (If anyone knows for sure, let me know!) I just don't understand how they have had so many problems with ACH withdrawals. It just doesn't make sense! Oh well...

They were changing banks they said. with eco card you do have to deposit with the eco card first before you can withdraw, but it does seem to be the fastest way to go....

this may be worth a seperate post .... to let people know they should establish at least one eco card deposit so that they can withdraw to eco in the future....

So, the question is do you have to deposit to each casino with the eco card, or is it sufficient that you have deposited SOMEWHERE with the eco card????

I WAS JUST TOLD THAT I HAD TO DEPOSIT IN THE CASINO USING THE ECO CARD BEFORE I COULD WITHDRAW I THINK ITS DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE CASINO BEFORE YOU WITHDRAW FROM THAT CASINO USING ECO.....?????

yes- i have also deposited using ecocard at all of them ... but i don't know whether it's a prerequisite for withdrawing .... i think it's only an issue at rival casinos, as they are the only ones accepting visa and eco !!


I should have mentioned, so far, all ECOCARD withdrawals took 2-3 days !!

Yeah I hear eco withdraws are very quick........ I am glad you got your withdraws....
