To reduce stress since we all have it in our everyday life, what I've been doing for the past 9 years is I start my X-Mas shopping in September, I go sit in front of my laptop I look to see what stores are offering the best prices and low to free shipping and I buy away. I always set a budget and stick to it. So I get all my shopping out of the way usually in one day, and I never leave the house!!!!

If you have any talent at crafts, make gifts. Start them early in the year so there isn't a rush to get them finished. I find that they turn out better if your not in a rush (also, a lot less stressful). smile

Of course, I am a procrastinator by nature. I need to follow my own advice. LOL smile

Knowing your spending limit is also a way to relieve holiday stress. People believe that they have to go out and buy gifts because it’s the holidays, even if they can’t afford to do so. Not only is it stressful to feel that you have to buy everyone an expensive gift, but you’ll be stressed for the rest of the year trying to pay off your bills. You can show love and caring by getting something that you know is meaningful and personal for that person that doesn't have to cost a lot. smile

First thing first don't drink and drive and lookout for Santa's reindeer they will plow you down. Do your shopping after christmas when prices are slashed and a whole lot less crazy people to contend with.Get together with friends and go out and spread some cheer by singing Christmas carols.have friends help you put up the tree and all the decorations and donate some free time to the elderly or less fortunate.Give thanks for all your blessings and commit random acts of kindness no matter how big or small the effort of bringing joy to someone who can smile makes it all worthwhile. Merry Christmas to all and a very Happy New Year

SHOP AT THE DOLLAR STORE (DOLLAR TREE) FOR DECORATIONS, FOOD AND WRAPPING PAPER
BECOMING DISABLED HAS TAUGHT ME TO SAVE.
SPEND WHAT YOU CAN, AVOID GETTING INTO DEBT (EASIER SAID THEN DONE) LOL. I HAVE 3 GDAUGHTERS THAT I LOVE WITH ALL MY HEART, BUT I CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY THEM MANY GIFTS. I BUY EACH A $20 GIFT AND THEY LOVE IT AND GIVE ME MUCH HUGS AND KISSES.

THANKS FOR CONTEST
