yessssssss , henri put himself a 20% reload bonus that i have not asked before he does it , then i asked after the manager because Henri tell me he can't delete the bonus , if he does it , i loose my money , i said its not my problem because i havent claim myself this bonus and i want to get my own money i deposited and i prefer to play without bonus

when i talked with shane ( manager or supervisor ) he said me samething , they cant delete the bonus

i was very unhappy about that because i know they can , i had this problem before on other rival and they delete the bonus and i dont loose my money
