i was wondering the same thing and when i inquired about it live chat told me i was a new player and had not signed up for club sloto therefore i was not eligible...I explained to them that i have been a long time member and was not aware we had to sign up again for club sloto....they told me that they would forward it to management and that someone would get back to me....that was 3 days ago

I went to live help on the 1st and asked about the cashback. She told me they weren't set up to do the monthly cashback and that cashback would now be done on a weekly basis. However, she did tally my deposits and gave me a freebie in the amount of my cashback. I did not make sure I had signed up for club sloto, but in the beginning I made sure my vip status carried over from the old software. In fact, Tawnia, you helped to make sure of that as well. Although, I am not racking up the comps like I was in my status at the old sloto.
