So does that mean we can not get our money? We have to use it in another casino? How do we get our money?

runspot, I have no idea at this point except what I said earlier... deposit at a casino like intertops that has wires or checks to cashout.

So that means no depositing at any rival casino's until they come up with another way to get our money from withdrawls, I guess. Let me know if anything changes.

if you can`t withdraw to your bank then depositing would be dumb,then there is no way to get your money.you just mise well play for fun.i will not deposit anymore till there is a way to receive my funds

Yes, I would be playing at casinos that have their own wires and/or checks... like Intertops, ect.

You can also withdraw by check from Spartan Slots, last time I deposited I did thru Visa Debit card. Checks arrived approx 7 days after I withdrew. smile

but you can open a moneybooker account or a clik2pay account , try to see if you can , im sure you can smile its easy to use like neteller but USA are not allowed to open a neteller account smile

I received this email from Desert Nights Casino on this issue:

"Please note UseMyWallet (Quicktender) have temporarily stopped processing withdrawals to members bank accounts.

Funds that were withdrawn by members and merchants from Quicktender to their bank account between the 5th and 13th May are thought to have been seized by DOJ and Quicktender are currently investigating the issue and awaiting notification of this action.

We have been assured that funds currently in Quicktender are safe and can be transferred too and from merchant accounts until they find a resolution.

Members that have deposited via UseMyWallet need to withdraw via UseMywallet. This is due to Merchants not being able to withdraw funds, as the accepted currency is USD and any withdrawals have to go via a US bank whether the merchant is located in the US or not.

We urge our members not to panic and take the wrong course of action as all our members that have missing withdrawals between the 5th and 13th May will have the funds put back into their Quicktender account. This will be implemented once we receive confirmation from Quicktender of the accounts effected.

We are currently trying to find an alternative withdrawal solution for our members and will continue to update you with information as and when we receive it."

This does not bode well : (

Update. Email received today from Desert Nights Casino:
"Access to Quicktender is no longer available and the following message is displayed on their website:
"With regret, the Quicktender service has been discontinued. All account holders will be notified by email"
Although we have had no official notification from Quicktender we have removed UseMyWallet from the cashier as a deposit and withdrawal method and all pending UseMyWallet withdrawals have been cancelled.
We are in the process of integrating a wire solution for our members to facilitate withdrawals and will update you once this is complete.
We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter."

I just received this email from QT.

Since our last email communication where we advised any funds in your QuickTender account could still be used to purchase at QuickTender accepting sites we had been working hard to reinstate our withdrawal facility and ensuring your funds where safe and secure.

However, further developments specifically relating to our main bank processing company have resulted in our accounts being frozen subject to a seizure order giving us no ability to make payments in any currency.

In light of these developments we have had no option but to discontinue the Quicktender service with immediate effect and for the foreseeable future.

At this time we are unable to confirm when or if we could make payments of remaining balances.

We will keep you advised of future relevant developments.
