Long wait for withdrawal from Rome Casino

I made a withdrawal from Rome casino on Feb 8th and am still waiting for it. They asked for the same information several times and then on Feb 28 said it would take 18 more working days for me to recieve my withdrawal. They also took away my ability to deposit funds with my credit cards. What gives with this casino?

plus they dont work on friday , so only 4 days by week , good luck with your patience i won here and their sister casino diceland and i had really to wait a little more than 21 business days , i dont play there now , too long to be paid for me
