Hello, I also recieved a code a met the playthrough before hitting a random jackpot for $1,145. I have had no problems contacting support. TTDAT I would suggest calling them before noon EST. They just emailed me in regards to my cashout telling me my withdrawal will be sent bank wire on Monday.
