Has anyone tried code BUILDER2020?

I'm so upset with Slotocash right now>.< So because I WON some money . Their telling me that BUILDER2020 is no longer available to me and sadly I cant redeem it. Ive been a LOYAL PLAYER since 2016!! They send me the magazine, stickers and magnets at times. So what they're saying is that when you cash out your winnings you are no longer available for the bonuses because I might win again???!?! Yadigo, Yes it stinks and that happens and it has happened to me at a different casino that I had played at for 5 or 10 years. I also got blocked from freerolls at several WGS casinos for winning too much.

Let me explain. All of the casinos use a bonus calculator, although it varies from casino to casino. Essentially all your bonuses are totaled up and if you always claim a deposit bonus and freebies then your have a high bonus percent of deposits to bonuses and that is fine. So if you always use a 100% or more bonus and freebies your bonus rate will be high and over 100% which is fine. But if you start cashing out then that changes the numbers and the system will bonus block players who have won more than they lost and who also have a high bonus number. The system is too stupid to figure out the difference between a bonus abuser and a regular player so it only uses the algorithm the casino has decided to use. Each casinos uses a different number or %. But the bonus blocks can and will fall off if your number evens out.

Why do casinos do this? They do it to protect themselves. This all started because groups of players who were organized would hit casinos to take advantage of high bonuses or sign up bonuses and play with a formula on certain games and then cashout. I am talking hundreds of players at a time. The casinos lost a lot of money and attacks on certain bonuses still happen. Unfortunately regular players like you and me get punished for what some angle shooters or organized fraudsters have done.

So yes, they want to give lots of bonuses until you win and then your bonus account can get shut off until you deposit more and claim less bonuses and the numbers even out.

Back when I got bonus blocked I got so mad about it I quit claiming bonuses and changed to only taking cashback as a bonus. The funny thing is that I started winning more because my deposits could be played on any game and I could cashout when I won without wagering requirements. If I lost my deposit I could claim 25% or 35% cashback with no max cashout for play on any games and that is more valuable in the long run than free spins on free chips with a maximum cashout rule.
