griffin47, Sorry! I am pretty sure you have been blocked from playing tournaments for some reason. It's not uncommon. You can ask live chat or email support and ask why if you are interested.

Yes, it is quite common. A new player can only win a certain amount from tourneys without depositing. I personally got banned from red Stag tourneys after winning money almost every month for a year with only one or two small deposits.
