I made play through on a free chip...Sent my docs in because in order to even get to the withdrawal option they want those first. It has been well over a week and still nothing back from them. Money just sitting there waiting to withdraw but the withdrawal option is still not available...
Anyone else have this problem with them?

Did you try live chat from the cashier? They also have a number on their website, but I've never tried it and a call back option on the website.. Tollfree: 1 800 571 7009. yes now at RTG , if your documents are not appoved before a cashout is asking , you can't withdraw , i had it at slots of jungle for my first withdrawhal , but , when you account is verified and all ok , you can withdraw
