I hope this is the correct forum to post this. If not, please let me know.

I have had numerous computer problems with Prism Casino. It has frozen my computer each time I've gone on and there is no way to exit the site without rebooting. I finally had to use all of my credits and get off the site and remove the download from my computer.

If I am the only one who had problems, let me know. Otherwise, this is just a warning of potential problems you may come across.

I had to totally defrag my hard drive and send numerous errors to Microsoft who in turn helped me get my computer back in order.

RedRoseOfNY, Prism and Slots of Vegas are the same
casino. Maybe you are being blocked if you already
have a Slots of Vegas account. 2 accounts are not allowed.

I have told you over and over these
casinos are not recommended and really stink.

I can not help with problems related to these RTG casinos,
all I can suggest is asking support for help.. but again
WHY ARE YOU WASTING Your time?

Thank you for your prompt response. As I tried to explain, I'm new at this and am not very savvy. I am very limited to the casinos I am allowed to play at under law.
