If I lose power or turn my pc off, Intertops is wiped off of my pc. When I try to download again, the download stops responding when I hit the Run tap. HELP!!!

frankie69, Strange... I use it almost everyday and it always come back to haunt me the next day... maybe ask live chat for some help because I don't have an explanation...
