They were great to me. I turned a $25 deposit and 200% bonus and cashed out $1500. After submitting papers, it seemed like they were dragging their feet a little on processing the cashout, I e-mailed and asked to get a manager involved and the money was in quicktender the next day. I was also allowed to play VP with bonus funds, which I am not used to at RTG's. Thumbs up

I won on a free chip through Grande Vegas....$200 max cash out. Support was awesome, and once I sent in the documents, plus a couple emails back and forth, the funds were in Quicktender.
Now that I know they pay, I will be depositing there soon.
