Dear Diary,
Aussie Day is always a big thing! From the top of my tree, I can see people surfing the waves and having the best time with their friends and family. This year, I’m celebrating Australia Day the only way I know: surfing and organising a big BBQ for all Fair Go members!
I would also like to share my ultimate Aussie burger recipe with you all: get a nice and soft bun, add your favourite sauce, some fresh lettuce, a couple of slices of fresh tomato, cooked (or raw) onions, your favourite type of meat, cheddar cheese and of course… pineapple! Yum…
