Dear Diary,
Christmas is just around the corner and everyone is getting excited! One of my favourite things about this season is baking mini Christmas cookies.
Here’s my favourite recipe: simply mix together 100g of butter with 100g of sugar. Add 1 free range egg and 250g of flower. Mix it all together, create little shapes and bake them in the oven for 10/15minutes (preheat 180C).
And don’t forget to decorate them with icing sugar or edible glitter. Wouldn’t it be so nice to set up the barbie outside and enjoy these cookies together? Well… treat yourself with these 15 free spins on Naughty or Nice III.
