TDAT ~ Sorry we must have been posting at the same time, as it wasnt here when I hit new topic..LOL I wondered what happened, thought my acc had been hijacked..lol
timmsa~ this can happen if you have more than 1 account on the PC (married people hate this!!) IF this isnt the case and you really have never had an account with them, I would highly sugest you call them and find out why. My dad had this happen once, turns out his name was on a "list" of "bonus" risks...ROFLMAO, thats funny, but anyway, they ended up giving the bonus and unlocking his account, so try that
