What's going on with Lion Slots lately?

Has Lion Slots changed management or something? I have been a consistent frequent depositor for a long time at Lion Slots and was always rewarded nicely for it. But for the past few months, nothing! I used to get 15% cashback every week, deposit bonuses, and freebies regularly. Now the only deposit bonus in my account is the 25% deposit bonus and has been this way for a long time now (and I have not made any withdrawals). I emailed "VIP MANAGER" two or three times with my inquiry and have not received any response. I even asked live chat and they said my concerns had been forwarded to management for review and that I would receive an email, and still nothing. I'm very frustrated with the situation. As much money as I've spent there, a response would be nice. Don't they still do the weekly cashbacks? Anyone else having these issues? Any feedback would be great! Thanks.

tdkbeg, Hi! Management has not changed that I am aware of. The only comments I hear about them are very good and about fast cashouts. There was also a post about a free chip bonus 2 weeks ago:

Maybe your emails are getting blocked, that happens with "non gmail" service providers. Ask live chat for a manager email address and ask them to confirm receipt of your emails or ask them if a manager has responded to your emails. If that does not work, send me a PM with your casino id and I can try.
If you are unhappy with a lack of bonuses, play at a different casino, that is the best way to show your displeasure.

They are not so great with sending emails, I usually have to check my account to see what is there. I hope they resolve your concerns quickly.

The system should send emails with every bonus.. sounds like blocked email issues again.

TDTAT, Thanks I will try that. ladyrox, yes, I used to receive those weekly, like clockwork, then it just completely stopped. That's why I was inquiring. Going to do what TDTAT suggested and I will post any updates. Thanks for the quick responses!

I had the same problem after making a $1000 cashout . couldnt get any dep bonuses over 25% and no more freebies.Never was able to receive emails either. I just stopped playing there because there are so many others who offer so much more as far as bonuses go. Alot of these new rivals are really surpassing the rival pioneers, even Slotto is being left in the dust because they are no longer offering the best bonuses and they are no longer the only casino with fast payouts. Alot of these older casinos have lost my business and i dont know if i'll ever go back unless they catch up and get on board with the bonus craze. Just my opinion.

I stopped deposit at their casino a few month ago and did also just get the 25% bonus. A couple of weeks ago I made a deposit of just $25 and I got the cashback two freebies and now I have a 100% bonus in there. But regarding mails I have not getting any for the last six month. It's the same as Slotocash. I got mails about deposits and withdrawals but not about bonuses...or the opposite around. Never both and that is strange. So I don't think it is about blocked e-mails since it could change.

I too stopped depositing with LionSlots some time ago, but made a deposit last week, and received a $20 welcome back chip, made playthru and cashed out, and I continue to receive the free $20, I have claimed it a couple times now, but don't know whether I should continue claiming it, it keeps showing up, I know its gotta be some kind of error, but I have a cashout pending and I am afraid if I continue to claim it, I will mess up my cashout! Maybe I should contact support, and inform them?

i deposit there regulary too mainly too win my money back,i won once,i only cashed out because i could see i was on a loosing streak,payout no prob,no email about bonus but when logged in bonus and freebi were there
