casino cubed question

what happened to billys casino cubed?? when i go to log on it says buzzluck now but still my account when i log in, i play there all the time, i acctually did a withdrawl there on december 18, and it looks like it went through, but no check yet, doesnt it only take about 7 or 8 days to recieve a check? i cant even talk to support now, theres no live support or any numbers to call, what can i do?? and im afraid to deposit there untill i know what is going on with this casino, any help would be appreciated!

sherry3626, Hi! I just went to the homepage and it says not accepting new members at this time... maybe they have transferred everyone to buzzluck. I sent them an email earlier today, so when I hear back I will ask them what is going on. I would hold off on deposits too.

I would give at least 10 business days for a check to the US. smile

ok thank you very much for your help TDTAT, i did make a deposit about a week ago but this was before it changed to buzzluck! i really liked their customer support, although it was only live chat, but now its frustrating not having any support, kinda like they fell off the face of the earthsmile well ill hold off and see what you can find out, thanks againsmile

sherry3626, You can use buzzluck support probably. I emailed and asked what is going on. I am sure you will get paid though, as Buzzluck is a respected casino. They are probably closing casinocubed and are just keeping buzzluck open. smile

thats what is confusing me, i went to log on from the icon on my computer and it just updated to this new casino, but when logged in it still had nothing for live chat! so there is no customer service for this casino that i log into!
