Am attempting to withdraw from Captain Cooks Casino(Microgaming), Use My Wallet is their only method of withdrawal. Need info on which is best and how to establish an account. all help appreciated.

frankie69, Hello! You will need an invitation to get an account. UseMyWallet is the same as Quicktender. Ask Captain Cooks and/or some other casinos you play at to get you invited.
