i just contacted support after i signed up and i was told that i would have to wait up to 24 hours for the bonus $$ to be in my account, only if my account qualifies.

I just contacted support again, and they said that in order to get the bonus, you need to go to the cashier section first and then wait for your bonus to appear in your account.
