sanaj49, Hi! I have not heard of any Cocoa free chips in the last few days, but I think I saw a post about a free chip there a couple of weeks ago. We also have a contest for them in the contest section.
If you are blocked it would say "new promotions coming soon" in the cashier. If that is the case, email support with the subject "manager please help" and ask for an account review.
