vegas regal cashout still waiting

im starting to get upset, i really love vegas regal and their support team and all the freebies they give you but im still awaiting my withdraw of 825.00 its now day 5 since they recieved all my docs and i cant even get a response from them telling me when i can expect to be paid..its starting to get me mad......all i can do is hope and pray it gets here soon..

that is weird. I have done 3 cashouts completed from them in the last 2 weeks. @ of them off freebies and a big one off a deposit. each of the first 2 I did to quicktender and recieved them in 2 days. This last one wa big so I did ACH which I requested on the 12th and it completed today the 15th.
