I made the playthrough on the free chip that Superior Casino recently had. I cashed out the $50 to Quicktender and wasn't surprised when I was required to make a deposit via that method to confirm the info so I did that. Now I have been to live chat twice to ask a question about a reversal and I don't know if I'm not speaking english or their not speaking english but I've yet to get my question answered so here goes...My $50 is still available for withdrawl, since I've made a deposit is that $50 still in the terms of the chip or if I reverse it can I play it to what ever cash out I wish (If I'd ever be so lucky!) or it it esentially dead money that I'm better off letting go to Quicktender then deposit it wherever after its posted? It sounds like a logical question to me but maybe not.

If you reverse the winnings off the free chip($50), you won't be able to run it up over $50 and cash out over $50(the terms of the free chip).

Thanks, that's what I thought but since I had made the deposit I wasn't sure if it changed anything with the withdrawl. I truly had one Live Chat "Mathew" who said yes I could play it however and even claim a promo and one "Liz" who kept giving me those canned answers.

kitzianne, Hi... A cashout on a free chip that is reversed will not change the rules on the free chip.. never reverse a free chip cashout if you have reached the max cashout rule as you can not win more.

I have done the opposite. I made a verificationdeposit and withdraw the winning of the free chip. Then they manually gave me the promotion I wanted to play with and used with my deposit. That way I was free to play on that promotion instead. It should be the same with the verificationdeposit even if you don't use a promotion to play with after. I believe it was my first withdrawal ever and from Vegas Regal so I do remember it well. It is your own money to do whatever you want with.

I in te past have reversed a free chip winnings but before i did i asked live chat about it and they told me that the reversal was just like depositing my own money only it had to be wagered 1x for a withdraw again and there was no max cashout. so now im confused because the chat operator was someone who has been around awhile and she was very quick with aresponse to my question. Unless of course the rules have changed since when i asked.

You can not reverse the winning from a free chip and keep playing, but if you have to make a deposit to verify your account, then you can keep playing with that money.

That's what I was asking, if I make a verificaton deposit is the free chip money still under "terms". I think just to be on the safe side I'd better leave it and then deposit it where ever. I too am still confused as I was also told by one live chat rep that I could reverse and use a promo since I made the deposit???

kitzianne, Hi... you can reverse but that does not change the maximum cashout rule if you are cashing out from a free chip win. This happened to a member just last month and he reversed a free chip win, thought there were no rules on the reversed money since he deposited for verfication (lost the deposited funds), won thousands on the reversed free chip, and could not cashout all the wins.
Sorry for the run-on sentance.

it is possible live chat told me this because my identity had already been verified at that certain casino and i had already made deposits in the past.

xenabruno, Trust me... if you cashout on a free chip and then reverse cashout, the original rules of the free chip will apply. So if you cashout $50 on a free chip and $50 is the maximum cashout rule, if you reverse the cashout, the original $50 max cashout rule applies.

TDTAT is absolutely right. What I was writing was about the deposit you make to verify your account. With that you can do whatever you want.
