wired plastic decline

I just found out that wired plastic has now decided to decline transactions with online casino's. Been using the card for a few months & noticed yesterday that it would not work. Called the company today & found out that they have blocked online casino use. Now I have a gambling problem!!!!!!Can't gamble if I can't deposit.

Yea, it is terrible that most CC will not be allowing online deposits to casinos or gambling related. I wonder if I will still be allowed to withdraw from QT to my WP? Some can't deposit to QT with their WP.

queen2006, This must have been due to the US banking law due to go in effect on December 1st. The law was postponed by 6 months while congress trys to pass online gambling legislation... but I guess Wired Plastic made the change before they knew the law would be postponed. I posted the article with info in the "articles" section of NoLuck.

In the meantime everyone will have to use Quicktender or ewalletxpress.

I wonder if Netspend still works

i noticed that too but topgame comes out as retail and rival comes out as casino i was having a little trouble but i get declined wait 10 minutes do it again then it works so keep trying must try my new rushcard visa see if that works

Their system was down for only a few hours. This can happen with any company and I am sure you have all had this happen in some way or another. I was glad that they worked promptly to get the system back up because I am sure there were not that many people working on Thanksgiving Eve. I am happy with NetSpend and have not had any problems before this.

I JUST RETURNED AN ITEM THE I HAD BOUGHT AND IT WAS REFUNDED INTO MY CARD, AT FIRST THE REGISTER WAS SAYING ERROR BUT THE CASHIER SAID THE MAYBE WAS HER REGISTER AND NOW I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPEND EXACTLY. DID THE $$ GO BACK TO MY CARD OR ITS ON THE AIR

After going through it with them this whole year (never sent personalized card, TOOK money out of my account), I've had it! I JUST recieved my personalized card today, after almost a whole year! They returned the money to my account, but now I can't even activate my card to get it. Their whole business policy is built around giving you no options to contest.

i been tryin to access the account im waiting on my direct deposit its telling me the systems down wtf its my money i want it im sure ill go through *** if this problems not resolved i think we should be paid for the issue but ofcourse nothing happends to *** like this its our fault for trusting this ***

I was at at retailer getting ready to make a purchase and my card would not go through. Thinking it was an error, I went to an ATM, my card would not go through either, I called the company same experience as Pissed...I could not get through to anyone, just got disconnected. Tried to access my account via the web and its like Netspend disappeared off the face of the planet. What is going on...I can't access my funds and cant talk to anyone! HELP

I just came from the nail shop and couldnt pay for the service!!! how do you think that felt!! WTF but shame on me because i ve had this card for years and this happened last year too!didnt think it would happen again!It may be tomorrow before our cards are working again.

This is crazy...I accessed my Netspend acct online around 8:30pm eastern time and transferred money onto my card for my vacation and now i am @ the hotel where I had a reservation and cannot get a room because my card isnt working....I cannot get anyone on the phone just a lame *** automated msg and the website is down also...Netspend is surely going to compensate me for ruining my Thanksgiving vacation. I never had any porblems with them before and this card is only for recerational use. They need to correct the problem or at least tell its customers whats really going on!!!

im having the same problem at the moment i went to go get gas and it kept telling me my card was not going through after my paycheck was deposited for little over 2300.00 and when i tried to call all they said was that the system was down and hungup on me so i went online and the website is down WTF. All i know is that if this ruins my holliday weekend thers gonna be problems.

Well I can't use it for Topgame either. Thats all of them for me - Rival - RTG - Micro & Topgame - wired plastic blocked it. This sucks. Guess I have to have enough to put into my QT account.

does anyone know if netspend is still working?

i did deposit a little at playtime bingo with wired plastic but i dont really want to play there was just trying my card

I had a feeling that it was not a 'glitch' the yesterday when I first
encountered decline issues, EVERYWHERE.

I was able to load QT with Wired Plastic.

I got kinda' bored (and, curious), as I planned on playing at a Rival, but the
Wired Plastic card would not work...
I tried it at Aladdins (RTG), and it did work.
So, it looks like, for now - Wired Plastic is only working Club World RTG's Group.


I am also curious if funds can be wired to Wired Plastic, for withdrawals.
If anyone happens to make a withdrawal, using QT to Wired Plastic,
please, share your experience...
I would appreciate hearing (and, I am sure others will, too).

yes you can send money from quicktender to wired plastic i have done it many times. but be carefull i moved 2000.00 to wired plastic and startde to withdraw cash from the atms in 400 amounts within a month and they closed my acct siting fraudulant acctivity.i hd to fax them i.d- and many other docs to prove who i was so beware i also used it a couple times at sloto and they said they area member of visa and do not promote gambling transactions and stopped my useage!!

Well.....

On a positive note, NetSpend still works - EVERYWHERE that I played yesterday.
Grand Mondial, Red Flush, SLOTO'... and, I forgot where else (I think it was another Rival)... I am soooo tired, I cannot even remember!
