Rivals rules

I have played these casinos for years and deposited at most of them. Simon Says and Slot o cash my favorite. Pantisia was my first and most deposits there. I have only cashed out of one of them. To get to the point I have been locked out of I think most of them for mainly duplicate accts. only mostly because I have lived with roomates for years. You get blackballed on a casino even if u havent played them cause I guess there is a list. I have all ways tried to watch out for that problem. One of the Rivals that has been a real champ and hung out for me is MAYAN. I have made 3 deposits in the last few weeks and they have gave me free bonus and have been super. I have just come back after a long illness and feel like playing again and much to my surprize,I was locked out of the rest or at least most. Mayan is the smart ones for I will be a loyal depositer and the ___ with the rest.

If you email each casino you want to play at and ask for a "Manager account review" and explain they will probably fix things up.

sorry i caught that after I did it.

they let you start loose , then before you know it, your out of money. and they are very slow and rude. in the last 4 or 5 years i spent at least 200.00$ a day, alot at the pantasia,the mass being owned by the british group. they act like they could care less about the customers, just spend your money...anyway, i went through 2 cancer surgerys and barrying my son, came back after a year. couldnt find my old info, so i opened another acct., as soon as i got on i contacted live support, they told me i could make deposits or play free play, but was not allowed any bonuses at all. they act like 10 or 12 dollars is comming out of their personal pockets, most do not win much. i definately will not recomend them nor use the certain ones from that group,no matter what gaming they use.thanx very much for sites like this one to do research and be able to stick to my word

thanks but now they will not give me any bonuses, that a bit too much, i have been through alot, but if thats the way they want to be, its money spent in other casinos

babysugar, Sorry! When you make 2 accounts at one casino they consider that breaking the rules and block you from bonus. I know you were not trying to break the rules when you made 2 accounts, but the casinos have to protect themselves from the thousands of fradulent players who make multiple accounts for bonus abuse. If they did not, they would be out of business. Unfortunately, then the good players who just made a mistake making 2 accounts get punished whith the fraudsters.

well i think they should take in consideration the dates, dont you, i mean stuff changes over the years, and gets lost....but the palace group and fortune lounge has been wonderful, oh by the way, i tried planet 7 the other day with a free chip, and they sent 70 pages of the same mail saying that i couldnt, then i called saying that was rediculous, and he said he would look into the mailing but that getting free chip bonuses was wrong, unless the casino sends it, i said whatever some people negotiate with them ,he said no they do not!lol

babysugar, Well each casino has different people working for them. You have to email them and ask for manager account reviews and hope you get a person who understands. The best way is to send a nice and friendly email... if they say no then ask for another manager, or move on. Basically a serious rule was broken, regardless of intentions. If they are letting you play, but not giving bonuses, then maybe they just want to make sure you are not a bonus abuser before they give you bonuses again... sounds rational.

Let me try to explain their point of view. If you made multiple accounts at more then one casino then that makes it look worse. The microgaming casinos probably do not know that you made the multiple accounts, except in their group, so it does not look as bad. Also microgaming casinos give far less bonuses and free chips than rival casinos, so they get hurt less by real bonus abusers. The rivals share bonus abuse lists, which includes making multiple accounts. So making 2 accounts at more than 1 Rival casino looks awful to them as that would look like a very high risk player. All you had to do was go to live chat or email and give them your name and they could have told you if you already had an account and provided your information. It is fairly common knowledge not to make 2 accounts and in the rules. They are not being "mean", they are just people who have jobs to do.


AGAIN, I suggest you look in the gambling directory for player reviews before you start throwing money at any casino who gives you a free chip offer.

babysugar, I meant do not deposit somewhere just because they give a free chip... you are lucky you are not allowed to play at Planet7. Also, I am a little peon too!

We could discuss this forever, but it is not my decision, each casino makes it's own decision. If it was up to me everyone would get a $1000 free chip every day and a 1000% unlimited bonus and no one would be bonus blocked.
