[Resolved] no bonus because of upgrade at Go Wild Casino

smile yesterday i deposite on go wild casino.
after the deposite i wend to support because you have to contact them for the bonus and freespins and the 500 loyalty points.

when i contact the live chat it whas unabled , they where upgrading.
so i started to play.
after severall hours i could use the live chat again.
to my surprise they coudnt give me the bonus aswell as the freespins and no loyalty points.
they told me that you must contact first the support before you start playing..?
well im disapointed in this cause you can see the history of deposit's
what is there so hard on to calculate 40% and ad some freespins and ad loyalty points...

so im very disapointed in the casino.

the support whas very kind that is not the problem.
she gave me 5free chip .. but i rather had my bonuses.. smile

bullock, Hi! Sorry for the trouble! Try sending support an email with the subject "Manager please help" and explain and maybe they will help.

i had a long chat with support yesterday
she talkt with a manager and they could do nothing...
i never had any trouble before ad a microgaming casino so i whas surprized when this happend , well im warned now and post this for other players there so they know that you have to contact first support before start playing...

firts second and third deposites you get 500 loyalty.

cashout can with 2000 loyaltypoints.

really i didn't even any loyalty points when i deposited, i made 12 deposits total and im up to 838 and so hard to reach 2000....im gonna go ask why i didn't get any. smile
