TXsusie, Hi, There are many older posts about
Cocoa Casino. Many noluck members have cashed out from Cocoa including myself. All Rival Software casinos pay winners if you follow the rules.. you will not find a post where a legit (non fraudulent) win was not paid by a Rival casino. The problems you have had are with RTG software casinos that are well known to be rogues. You will have problems everywhere though if you are not reading bonus terms BEFORE you play.

To see the amount you are allowed to cashout on the free chip, go to the cashier and click the free chip and read the terms. I am sure the max cashout is far less than $800. Also it will say at the bottom of the terms if you have met the wagering requirement.
If you have never deposited, you will also have to deposit first to get your free chip win.
Remember you should be reading the terms when you claim the bonus.. BEFORE you play as some games are not allowed to be played with free chips.. they are usally for slots only. Next time read the terms first to avoid dissapointment.
