This casino is now in the group with Rich Casino... A few members complained about Rich Casino and non payment of winnings due to a software glitch. I would be careful with Casino Moons due to that fact.

i registerd there and ask for the 10 free, i got a very pushing helpdesk that pust for a deposite ...
well i ask 2 times with diferent lifechat .. still not got my 10 free...

this casino is terrible i tryed several times for about a half hour just to get a response from chat support and they didnt even respond to any of my messages

same here, no responce, i even tryed to send a email and it came back undeliverable, i will never deposit at this casino, something just not right about this place.

Decided to give it a whirl..even though I read the comments on here..I ACTUALLY got support in less than a min..$10 was in my acct seconds later. Somewhere different to play since micro/playtech and rtg has been sucking up my bucks lately..lol...thanks for the post..
Playing with it now..I'm not a big fan of topgame software but on the flip side of the coin that's what I said about rivals when they first came out and now Rivals were and still are my fav even though us Cans can't play there.
