TXsusie, Hello. ewalletxpress or Quicktender/USEMYWALLET are for US players. Both charge fees when you deposit into the accounts and cashout from the account. There is not a fee when you deposit from the ewallet account to a casino. There is not a fee when you cashout from the casinos to the ewallet account, but there is a fee when you cashout from your ewallet account to your bank or whatever.
Ewalletxpress is cheaper for smaller cashouts as they charge a percent. Quicktender/UseMywallet charges a flat fee of $30 to cashout to your bank, plus the fee your bank may charge for a wire.
All fees are listed on their homepages.
Quicktender is by invitation only, so if you want that, you will need to ask one of the casinos to get you invited. Ewalletxpress is open registration and links to your checking account.
