Just an update - I had thought that I had made play through on my managers bonus. Only to be informed that I still had a ways to go - unfortunately - I have now made playthrough and have nothing left to cash out. According to the cashier page in the casino - all monies were withdrawable. Oh well - it was fun to dream.......
