davincis gold withdrawal help

Been trying to get a withdrawal from davincis gold which i started on october 21. Had to resumit faxback forms which i did never heard from them sence.talk to chat twice,said i would here from them today didn`t happen.Tried to call no operartors available this is the third.Is there anybody that can help,or know anything thats going on with them?

I would deal with the manager. I've had more than my share of difficulties with DVG but usually get them resolved by dealing with the manager there. They do not give the most timely responses, though! I'm sure you'll get your money, I always do! Good luck!
