Watch out. I continue to get e-mails from casinos offering guaranteed free no deposit sign up bonuses upon registration.....I take the time to download the casino, sign up/ register as a real money player .....and then denied the free sign up bonus.
I discovered if you have an account at any casino which uses RIVAL software and obtained a sign up bonus from that casino...you won't be eligible for sign up bonuses from any other casinos which also use RIVAL software. You'll be told you have duplicate accounts. Frankly I don't understand their logic....Now I make sure I find out what software a casino uses so I don't waste my time....If they use RIVAL....I don't bother signing up. I prefer playing at casinos using microgaming software !!!!!

Those emails are probably coming from affiliates and not the casinos directly.
You are allowed to have 1 account at each Rival casino and claim bonus.
Many members on this site have 1 account at each casino and claim bonuses.
It sounds like you are on the bonus ban list which Rival software casinos use to prevent bonus abuse and fraudulent players.
Sometimes players get on the list by mistake, so you need to ask for a "manager account review" by email. Explain you are blocked and
want to play. Sometimes the casinos will unblock players and sometimes not.
Sometimes players get on the list by making 2 accounts at one casino by mistake and forgetting.
