Bonus locked?

Hi I have a question, I have apparently been bonus banned at casinois because of duplicate accounts? Im thinking part of the problem is I changed my name. Is there any way to resolve?

Sul74, Hello! If you are bonus blocked you need to email each casino and explain the name change and ask for a "Manager account review".
