Experiencing longer than usual withdrawals from Rivals

Just curious if anyone else is waiting longer than usual on a withdrawal from the Rival casinos, with the exception of Slotocash, because we all know they are always fast.

I am waiting on 2 small withdrawals from two different casinos, and today is the 3rd business day on both. I am still within the 5 days, and am not complaining, just find it a little unusual that in the past I have cashed out of both of these casino, and have always been paid within 24-48 hours max. I wonder if they are still having processor problems?

Slotpower and Vanguard and a few others usally take the full 5 days.
I think I heard Vegas Regal was slow lately too.

It must be something wrong. The same thing with my lasts withdrawals the last month. One of them took 24hours and the other nine took three to four days.
Does each casino have their own processors or can it be because of all the new Rivals that has started? It is strange and I have gone back to Sloto just because of this.

Hi! They all process through Pantasia except SlotoCash and it could
very well be all the new casinos slowing things down. They probably
have to add things to accomodate the new casinos. I remember this happening before.

If the new casinos are slowing things down, it will probably be like that
until the new month of October rolls around.

Vegas Regal and Paradise8 are the casinos I have withdrawals going on at now.

voodookitty, Hi, Ruby Royal said you did request the cashout on the 17th, but you made your verification deposit September 22nd... They said the cashout should be processed today, which should mean it is within 2 business day. Also, they did not request security documents for a free chip cashout.


So really the cashout time on free chips does not start until all requirements for the cashout have been met.

I just spoke to our payment manager regarding this.
The player made a cashout on the 17th Sep.
On the 22nd of Sep the customer then made their verification deposit.

The customer made her verification deposit 2 days ago and the withdrawal was approved and is about to be processed.
