DEB123, Hi Deb, Sorry.. once you are bonus blocked you will always be blocked at all new Rival casinos. Ask for a "manager account review." This casino is from the Slotpower Grouop, so if you have an open account there, maybe they will unblock you at Vanguard.

Again, this will happen with every new Rival casino.. happenes to me too.

Me too, but I do have an open account with SlotPower, so just hoping that they will take that into consideration. Already wrote support, just going to wait to see how it plays out.

I got my free chip up to $ 160 and withdrew $ 100. to Quicktender, got the email that I needed to send verification documents and make a deposit. Didn't really want to deposit right now because I'm saving my money, we're doing a two night stay at a casino in Louisiana the 28th to 30th, so I asked if the $ 100 could be reversed and if I could get the $ 60. back too. They replied I could not reverse a free bonus withdrawl and I would not be able to have any of the money restored to my account. So I send the documents, made a $25.00 deposit. I got the $ 100. credited to Quicktender right away and I'm waiting on the $ 25.00. All in all, I see their point, it was free money and I had never made a deposit. I'm happy with my free $100. Maybe it will bring me luck in Louisiana

Drakella, Yes, they are considering doing what SlotoCash does... make up their own minds.

This is under consideration, it is not a final decision yet.

I really hope they do. I believe everyone is tired of Rivals automatic bonusban system. At least I am. It must really be a tough job for the support also to try and explain to everyone why they can't get what everyone else is getting.
I wait for a while then before I ask for a review...

But honestly...it is not only Sloto that does that. There are some more too.
