Took me nearly 5 minutes to download a game while the clock was ticking. Then was disconnected after I tried to exit game and try another. 30 minutes later I was able to log back in (after waiting over 25 minutes for support). Was told minutes can't be reset and support replied "so I suggest you log back in and play what's left." Just wasn't real impressed.

I did the 1 hour free play(my first one, of the many out there)-and would like to post my observations. For me, it was an excersice in futility. First, they lower the betting limits(making it tougher to get a good win). I DID finally hit for $104.00, but by then I was down to $100.00 balance. I had no problem getting in 100+ spins, and had no problem downloading games(they were flash games). I couldn't even play Break Da Bank(it said unknown error, then I had to re-logon). It's probably an ok way to kill an hour, and you CAN bet fearlessly(within their lowered limits). Unfortunately(for the casino), it just served to show me how quickly I could lose $500.00-if I were ever dumb enough to deposit that much(exactly 58 minutes!)-it took 2 minutes to get started. I suppose it would be possible to win a little, but I played nearly every slot, and didn't do that well(even on some that I consistantly hit on at other casinos).

falcon69, i played to untill they lockt me out and sent a emaiil that usa couldnt play after they sent an invition for me to play!but what gets me twice in that hour i got unnown error also,but they said i could deposit if i wanted too,sure makes a lot of sence doesnt it,why should i deposit if im in the usa.they are in with other casinos that should be blacklisted,i email them ,telling them that! carnorm in colorado
