Do you have more details regarding this free $20? Is it for referrals? Anyone in the US who deposited at least $10 in the past is eligible?

Where, in the Netspend website, do I use/ input the code you provided?

The 1-866 number has no option for any such code/promo.

The website makes no mention of it either???

yes it is a for referrals and i am pretty sure you as long as you have at least put 10.00 on your card you can recieve it but not sure you may have to be a new customer i know when i recieved it from someone else i had my card for awhile and made several deposites and i recieved it from customer support on the phone called and gave referral code and got 20.00 sorry you have to call the main office at 1-866-930-9924 before 5:00 pm

just to let you know this is not expired you just have to be a new customer io recieve the 20.00 free you have to put atleast 10.00 on your card and then call in with the code 4814836872 sorry if there was any confusion this is still good until 9-30-09
