Totally confused about NLN Dollars

Could someone please explain to me how this site works. I accumulated NLN Dollars in the Bingo Tournament but when I try to play anything else it says I don't have any nln dollars.

There are 2 kinds of dollars here: Tournament dollars and NLN Dollars.
We have a bingo tournament going on until July 25th, so play the
