CasinoReward Question about double accounts

I have a question regarding a withdrawal I made at one of their casinos.
A long time ago I went out of town and while I was there I wanted to play at the casino. So I downloaded from someone else's computer being new at playing online I created another account ; the problem is I had a small win I wanted to cashout but they locked my account. The question is is there any action I can take to get my money? There are no bonus involved. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You have the right to get your deposit back I think, but nothing else. This is how we all learn to never create another account in the same casino

They are not casinos I work with or would contact them on your behalf.

Never make 2 accounts and never play your account from another person's
computer if they have an account too.
