What's going on with Sloto Cash lately?

I used to get all kinds of promo emails from them, but now haven't had one in weeks! I never even got the email for the Rock On promo! I sent many emails to them to find out what's going on, no response...and this has been going on for about 2 weeks! Even live chat has been a joke! Has anyone else got the same treatment? I'm still making deposits and they won't even help me! I'm getting very angry with them!! smile smile smile

I am in the same boat. No emails from them for a very long time. Live chat is helpful to an extent, but again no emails for promos or anything from them.

Kraziegurl, Their email system is messed up. Like any casino,
if you are unhappy, play somewhere else. Meanwhile I will email this thread to Justine and she can read the comments.

Oh, I was unaware that they still have problems with their email system. I got a little upset because Sloto Cash is the only casino I trust and will deposit at. I have closed most of my Rival accounts.

Count me in as well. I can't remember the last time I got an email from Sloto and I used to receive them all the time along with sloto chips pretty regularly. smile

Okey, than I will hope that they are answering the mail I sent them today. They didn´t reply on my last one 5 days ago..

If not, it is because they did not get it.. they will always answer.
You can give me your user name if you get no response and I will email them. smile

I have a gmail account and I have no problem getting emails from them. I know that if you have an AOL account, you will have problems. Might try gmail and see what happens.
