I did not even recieved the promotion so I could not play it. The only promotion I am getting is deposit $100 get $77 bonus. I dont know if it is because I have wun to much or if it is something wrong with my account. I asked three days ago and have not getting any answer yet.
Free chips? That was over a month ago.
But I am not complaining as long as I am winning. Sloto is still the best casino

I have seen alot of people not recieving the promotional emails. Now I also hear Slotocash is aware of this and is trying to figure it out. I for one have not been receiving any of their emails except the ones saying they received my deposit. I always got them before...so, go figure!
When i see a promotion from them that is posted here, I always go to support and ask about it. Usually if I made the deposits, etc. I recieve the promo.

I think it is best to check your accounts if you see a bonus go out..
If it is like this one, just go to live chat and ask if you qualify.
There are problems with casino emails getting marked as spam and banned by some email providers.
If you can, make a gmail account, as they seem to always get through.
