I really do not see anything 'cheap' or 'odd' in their response.
Mostly all the microgaming casinos state the promotional dates and times for deposit bonuses.
Sometimes it can be a little tricky if not familiar with the different time zones.

I bet if you email with the subject "MANAGER PLEASE HELP" and explain what happened you will get a better response.
Live chat can be lackluster at even the best casinos. They are just overworked
and low paid.
I get some bonus emails from them, but only deposited a few times
when they opened.
