I recently signed on and requested the FREE50P7 $50 no deposit bonus at Planet7 Casino. After playing for awhile, I was up almost $200 when I noticed all of a sudden that my account balance changed to $50. I asked them via Live Chat why that happened and they told me they took back their bonus because I would not be able to withdraw it and left me the $50 to play. I thought that was a deceptive practice and told them so. It has been my experience at other casinos that they just allow you to continue playing until you've reached and completed the playthrough amount. The agent got upset and accused me of having 5 accounts (which is totally not true as that was the first time I'd signed on to that casino) and told me he was going to report me to management and have me barred from casino. (Not a problem because I wouldn't trust that casino with my bank account information anyway). Just wanted to pass this along to prevent it from happening to someone else. That casino is most assuredly not on the up and up and I would recommend strongly that you refrain from playing there.

I had a similar experience with this casino, although I just stopped playing as I figured they were one of the bad casinos. Doesn't make it much fun. You might as well play with the "play mode" of the good casinos and just enjoy yourself.

Exactly...it's just really hard to find a reputable online casino. I'm sure they are out there but like everything else, if there is a way to scam someone somebody is apt to do it. And what better way than creating an online casino that people will trust with their bank or other financial info. Such a shame. From now on I will just wait until I can travel to a land casino to gamble. They may not always be fair either but at least they won't need my bank or financial information.

I am checking on what has exactly happened and whoever this agent was will face disciplinary action,

However, the bonus code terms does say "2x max cashout" but it still shouldn't have been dealt with in that way, it should have been reflected if there was a request for a payout.
