Too many have been lost in the mail.
Open a free paypal account if you do not have one,
or wait until you win a contest and then open one.

I would like to use paypal only for all contest prizes eventually,
but I will still pay to netspend visa at this time.

You can also trasfer your paypal money to your bank account. I beleive that you can transfer it to Quicktender also (min $50)
